It's been a fair few months since I last wrote to give an update on where the project is and how well everything is going. In fact the last update was back in April when the Regional Portal was mid-move.
We're all well and truly settled in now though and things are going great.

Catalyst 2 has been an immense success and the first phase is complete. During this time we have managed to deliver over 120 part-funded ICT projects to the region's businesses with the hardwork and help of the Catalyst supplier base - within which there are over 80 suppliers across the region.

As with any project, there have been some lessons for us all to learn along the way, and we will take these lessons on board and move forward. The general feedback to date has been extremely positive and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our suppliers for their hardwork and commitment to delivering quality solutions to their clients - thank you!

Catalyst is now moving into a second phase and we are approaching this phase in a different way. As you will notice on the main home page, we will not be part-funding any further ICT projects for businesses but the plans for phase 2 are in development. As soon as the details are confirmed we will be sure to update everyone.
